Gym Update

Over the next few weeks let’s not focus on the things we can’t change but look at what we can! A lot of us will have a great chance now to lay the ground work for good habits going forward. You may not be able to get to the gym 3 times a week but you can still workout 3 times a week and any form of exercise is better then none!

Study after study proves that exercise is one of the best things for our body and for our mind! If you want to make 2021 “your year” well it starts with being committed to yourself not a gym! As always we will do our best to help ye over the next few weeks and I believe you can, so so should you!
